Unit 6
Choice Project: I wanted to do a surfboard to go along with the ocean theme of my platter. Overall, it turned out okay but if I were to change anything I would have glazed a design on to it and I would have spent more time making an even shape.
Tea pot: This piece I wanted to glaze with light colors. I wish I spent more time creating a better spout and i wish I smotthed out the edges more.
Whimsical house: For this piece, I want to make it look like a house buried in a forest with vines on the walls and i want to make the house look old like its in a fairy tale.
Vessel with feet: For this piece i want to make it look lioke part of an animal and incoporate it into the cup.
Platter: For this piece i wanted to do an ocean them and I plan on briing ocean themed food like goldfish or gummy octopus.
Organic shape: For this piece, I wanted to make a wall hanging piece that sort of represented our school so I subtly wrote out SLV.
