Jaden D. Ceramics Period 4 Portfolio
Series of 4: Refection: This project was difficult to make because making the cups the same size was very hard. It took much extra time to measure out the sizes. Next time I would make more detailed handles so that it's not plain.
2D master artwork turned 3D: I chose Pop Shop 1 by Kieth Haring and I overall did not do that well and that is because I did not plan very well and had to complete it in 1 class but people could look at it and know that it was a kieth sharing piece so I am happy about that.
Monster: This piece was fun and took some time to come up with an idea. I glazed it red because the kid who made it wanted it red. I wanted the body to be more rounded off and I could have glazed it a little better but overall it turned out pretty good.
Handles on a piece Reflection: I really like this handle bujt unfortunatley the cup cracked at the bottom and was unable to save. I would definently make another handle like this again but I would fix the cup.
Lidded Box: This piece was fun to make but it was difficult to make it so the lid could stay on when it was tipped but once I got it to stay it was easy.
